TRUE FINALCIAL INDEPENDENCE
Cache Valley Area Investors Association Looking To Educate
Logan, UT—Cache Valley Area Investors Association (CVAIA) is a non-profit organization that offers education to those who seek true financial independence.
“Too many people complain about their jobs and don’t know how to be financially independent. We are here to educate those who want to learn how to manage passive income,” said Preston Parker, founder of CVAIA.
The goal is to manage passive income that will outweigh expenses thus, creating financial independence. CVAIA educates people to rely on passive income.
Passive income is created by investing in certian products or services like real-estate or bonds. Eventually, the investment will make money without the investor doing any work, hence the name "passive income".
CVAIA meets every other Thursday in the Cache Chamber of Commerce on 160 N. Main St. at 7 p.m. The meetings are free and open to anyone.
CVAIA opened July 2007 and has 50 members. To get on the e-mail list send an e-mail to cachevaia@gmail.com or check out their site at cvaia.com
