BURGER PLANET GOES HEATHY New Design For Eating Healthy

Logan, UT—James E. Muellenbach III, CEO of Burger Planet, launches a comprehensive program to assist women in eating healthy with new menu options and the help of Jayne Petersen.

“Burger Planet offers a new happy healthy menu that cater to women in their 30s and 40s who are becoming increasingly health-conscious” said Mr. Ketchup, VP of communication.

New gourmet salads, low-carb chicken breast wraps, and a variety of fruit have been added to Burger Planet’s new healthy menu.

Famous fitness guru Jayne Petersen has hopped on board with Burger Planet to help women see the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Petersen helped talk show host Opal Whitcomb get in shape and lose 75 pounds.

“The company believes in encouraging customers to live healthier active lifestyles and I have spent my life trying to teach women that lesson” said Petersen.

Burger Planet has been around for 50 years established by James E. Muellenbach. Burger Planet became famous for their simple formula of burgers, fries, and soda. Women in their 30s and 40s have been the number one customer of Burger Planet.

Good job with the lay out of the press release. I am assuming it is short and detail lacking because it is a rough draft!!

Great specifics on the menu items. Part of the press release seemed a little like an advertisement; I don't think press releases usually state their target of the campaign. I like it- the final will be even better.

Dont forget to change the logan, ut thing on the first paragraph. I dont like your first paragraph. It is informative but not what you want people to know. Do it like in News Writing with the 1st graph. Who, what, when, and where. Parker said not to name items on menu but let people know there will be new items. Graph 4 is more like graph one but exclude Opal Whitcomb in the first graph. Also add the -END- or -###- at the end.
