Media Pitch

dfelix@hjnews.com
Dear Devin Felix:

After reading your story entitled Local ‘Economic Growth Slows’,

I feel compelled to inform you on the benefits Cache Valley Area Investors Association (CVAIA) has to offer.

It is becoming increasingly important that the general public learns how to become financially independent and CVAIA teaches that by educating people how to create passive income.

Not only does CVAIA educate people on investing but also has guests speakers who speak on topics such as banking, lending, the economy, regulations and credit.

CVAIA opened July 2007 and has 50 members. CVAIA meets every other Thursday in the Cache Chamber of Commerce on 160 N. Main St. at 7 p.m. The meetings are free and open to anyone.

I will be contacting you shortly to discuss any question you may have.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

Good Job! Good info and well organized! Watch for AP style mistakes when doing your final.

You've got some clear ideas. Watch your word choice (i.e. compelled, not only, etc.).
